Cold-email campaigns on your own EmailBison instance: sequences, sending schedule, mailboxes, leads and custom fields. BYOK; free on hyreflow.
Use EmailBison for outbound email campaigns when your team sends from it. Your agent can create a campaign, write the sequence, set the sending window, assign mailboxes, load and attach leads, and launch or pause sending.

Connect
Every EmailBison customer has their own instance, so connecting takes two values:
- Instance URL: the address you log in to EmailBison at, e.g.
https://send.acme.com. - API token: create one in EmailBison under Settings → Developer API. Pick an
api-usertoken, which is scoped to a single workspace.

Guidance
- Register custom fields first. A lead carrying a custom field the instance doesn't know is
rejected. Register each one with
create_custom_variablebefore loading leads. - Launching is
resume_campaign. EmailBison has no separate start call. It needs a schedule, a sequence, mailboxes and leads, and it sends real mail, so confirm before calling it. - Upserts replace by default. On an existing lead,
create_or_update_leadsoverwrites every field unless you pass"existing_lead_behavior":"patch". - Sequences append. Calling
create_sequence_stepstwice duplicates steps; readlist_sequence_stepsbefore retrying. - Personal email domains are skipped (gmail.com and similar) unless EmailBison support has enabled them on your instance.
