Healthcare recruitment, mapped from the register

Hospitals, care groups and practices sit on public registers and sector job boards, not in a sales database. hyreflow reads those, shows which providers are carrying open roles with no sign of a recruiter of their own, and finds the manager to call.

For a healthcare desk, hyreflow starts from the register, because that is where your buyers are listed.

  1. A regionA prompt
    You give it

Your region, the kind of provider you place into, and the roles your desk covers.

  2. +45 more
    hyreflow does

hyreflow finds the public register or directory that lists those providers, reads it into a list with each one resolved to its own website, checks the job boards for who is advertising your roles, and finds the named manager at each with a work email where one exists.

You see the source behind every provider, and the count before anything is spent on contact details.

Where healthcare employers are really listed

A filter in a people database finds companies. These find providers.

Public registers

Provider directories and registers

What it reads
  • Organisations listed on a public register or directory
  • Each one resolved to its own website
  • The named decision-makers at each
What that tells you

The full map of a market that lives on a register, such as hospital trusts, care providers or clinic groups.

Depends on the register being public and current. A list behind a login, or published as a scanned document, is flagged and not guessed at.

Job boards

Live adverts, grouped by employer

What it reads
  • Adverts for your roles and region across the general job boards
  • The same vacancy on several boards collapsed into one, with agency postings removed
  • A check at each busy employer for a recruiter of its own
What that tells you

Which providers are advertising several of your roles at once, and whether there is any sign of a recruiter of their own.

Sees advertised roles on the general boards. Finding no recruiter is a hint, not proof. A sector board the general ones miss is read by a separate play, and a ready-made scraper for it runs on your own Apify account.

Local providers

Local business data, on your own OpenMart account

What it reads
  • Care homes, clinics and practices by category and town
  • One row per site, or one row per group with its number of sites
  • The owner or manager by name, and the main phone line where there is none
What that tells you

The small providers in your patch that have no company page and never appear in a database.

The business search runs on your own OpenMart account, which OpenMart bills directly. It covers sixteen markets, including the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany, with little or no data elsewhere.

What the data usually means for your desk

A signal is a reason to call, not a guarantee. Each one links to the play that works it.

  • When you see

A provider is advertising several clinical roles with no sign of a recruiter of its own

    It usually means

A manager is probably carrying the hiring alongside the service. Often open to help.

  • When you see

A role has been advertised for weeks and reposted

    It usually means

The direct route has not worked. A specific candidate tends to land better than a pitch.

  • When you see

A care group or clinic group opens a new site

    It usually means

A site usually has to be staffed before it opens. Worth the call while the rota is still being built.

  • When you see

A provider is acquired or changes hands

    It usually means

Staff on the acquired side often start to look, and the new owner tends to review who supplies it.

And the people for the rota

Nurses and care staff are thinner in people databases than office professions, so the strongest pool is usually the one you already own. hyreflow matches your own ATS to the live role first, then looks wider, and finds mobile numbers for the handful you are about to call. Registration with a regulator is not checked: that stays with you, at the source.

  • Your own ATS matched to the role first, so you call people you already know
  • A wider market search for the roles a database does cover
  • Mobiles for the people you chose to call, and only them

Built in, plus the tools you already run

Web search, page reading, job-advert data and contact lookup are part of hyreflow. Local business data runs on your own OpenMart account, and your ATS plugs in through the account you already have.

Something else? Bring it to Open Office, the weekly open call.

How does hyreflow find healthcare employers that are not in a database?

From the place they are listed. It finds the public register or directory for your market, reads it into rows, resolves each organisation to its own website, and looks for the named decision-makers. You see the source before anything is extracted.

Can it read a healthcare job board the big job sources do not cover?

Yes, one board at a time. Its public listing pages are read into rows, agency postings are removed, duplicates are collapsed and the adverts are grouped by employer. You see the first page of rows before the rest is read.

Does it check professional registration or a licence to practise?

No. hyreflow does not query a regulator's register and does not handle credentialing or compliance documents. Registration is checked by you, at the source, and compliance stays in the system you already use for it.

Does it find nurses and care staff who are not on LinkedIn?

Partly. People databases cover clinical and care staff less well than office professions. That is why the plays here start with your own ATS and a dormant database, and use the wider market search for the roles a database does cover.

Can it find small care homes and practices in one town?

Yes, with your own OpenMart account connected. It searches by category and location, at site level or group level, and returns the owner or manager by name with the main phone line where nobody is named. OpenMart bills the business search to your own account. The main phone line comes from a maps search that uses hyreflow credits.

Is this the same as the life sciences page?

No. Life sciences is pharma, biotech and research organisations, read from the clinical trial register. This page is for desks placing into providers of care: hospitals, care groups, clinics and practices.
