Every contact detail you need, found in one pass

Give hyreflow a list, a shortlist or the gaps in your CRM. It looks each person up across its data providers, stops at the first one that has the answer, and tells you where every value came from.

Data enrichment in hyreflow is one request, not a subscription per provider.

  1. A listA shortlistYour CRM
    You give it

A list of people: a file, a shortlist from a run, or records in your CRM.

  2. +45 more
    hyreflow does

hyreflow looks up each missing email, mobile or LinkedIn profile across its data providers in a set order, stops at the first hit, checks email addresses for deliverability, and marks every value with the provider it came from.

  3. List filled inReviewRun end to end
    You decide

By default you see the cost before it runs. Nothing already in your CRM is overwritten.

Ask for the columns you are missing

Each one is its own lookup, so you pay for the detail you need and nothing else.

  • Work email

For hiring managers, checked against the company on the row.

  • Personal email

For candidates, so the approach never lands in an employer's inbox.

  • Mobile

For the people you are about to call, and only them.

  • LinkedIn profile

Matched from a name and a company, or marked ambiguous.

  • A verdict

Send, hold or do not send, on every address in an old list.

One lookup, several providers, the first answer wins

No single provider knows everyone. hyreflow asks them in a set order and stops the moment one has the answer, so you get the reach of all of them and are charged for the one that found it.

  • Providers after the hit are never called, and never charged.
  • Email addresses are checked for deliverability before they come back.
  • When nobody has it, the cell stays empty and the row says why.

The gaps in your CRM

Empty fields are filled, nothing that was already there is overwritten, and you get a log of every change.

Data you can stand behind

The rules a careful researcher keeps, applied to every row.

  • The cost comes first

By default you see what the list will cost before a single lookup runs, and can trim it.

  • Candidates stay private

Candidate plays look for a personal email or fall back to LinkedIn. Never a work address.

  • Every value has a source

Each cell names the provider it came from and whether it was verified.

  • Nothing is overwritten

In your CRM, only empty fields are written. What you already hold is left as it is.

The data providers are built in

One hyreflow plan covers them. There is no seat to buy with each provider and no key to paste in.

What contact details can hyreflow find?

Work emails, personal emails, mobile numbers and LinkedIn profile URLs. Each has its own lookup, so you ask only for the columns you need and pay only for those.

Where does the data come from?

From hyreflow's own data providers. They are part of hyreflow, so there is nothing to subscribe to or set up separately. Every value comes back marked with the provider that supplied it.

What does a waterfall mean here?

Each lookup tries one provider, and only moves to the next when the first has no answer. It stops at the first hit. You get the coverage of several providers without paying each of them for the same person.

Are the email addresses verified?

Email addresses are checked for deliverability before they come back, and addresses on catch-all domains are labelled as such. There is also a play that checks an old list and sorts it into send, hold and do not send before it touches your sending domain.

What happens when nothing is found?

The cell stays empty and the row says why. hyreflow does not guess an address or fill in a pattern. For LinkedIn profiles, a name that could be several people comes back as ambiguous with the candidates listed.

Why personal email for candidates and work email for hiring managers?

A candidate approach should not land in an inbox their employer can read, so candidate plays look for a personal email or fall back to LinkedIn. Hiring managers are contacted about their job, so those plays look for a work email.

Can it fill the gaps in my CRM or ATS?

Yes. It reads the records you choose, fills the empty email, mobile or LinkedIn fields, and never overwrites a value that was already there. You get a change log of every field written and where the value came from.

What does it cost?

You pay in credits for the lookups that run. By default hyreflow shows the cost for the list before it starts and waits for you, so you can trim the list or the columns first.

Bring one list and see what comes back

Connect hyreflow to Claude or ChatGPT, attach a list, and ask for the columns you are missing. By default you see the cost before anything runs.
