Prompt builder

Turn what you want done into a ready-to-paste prompt from your dashboard.

Prompt builder is a page in your dashboard sidebar, right under Home. It picks the right play from the plays library, fills in the details your workspace already knows, and hands you a prompt to paste into Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant with hyreflow connected. Nothing runs from the dashboard itself: the prompt is what you take away.

How it works

  1. Say what you want done. Type the goal in your own words, and narrow it by what you are starting from (a job spec, a candidate, a list) or by category if you like. You get the three plays that fit best, each with what you end up holding and how it is priced. Matching is free.
  2. Fill the blanks. Each play becomes a short form, usually three to six fields. Leave a field empty and the prompt keeps the blank, so your agent asks you for it rather than guessing.
  3. Take the prompt. Copy it and paste it into your assistant.

Before you copy, choose how the agent runs it:

  • Stop for my review (the default): the agent pauses before every paid step and before anything is sent or written to another system.
  • Run end to end: the agent carries on through the steps, still tells you the total cost first, and still never sends anything to anyone.

When a recruiting CRM is connected, plays that end in a list close with a line asking the agent to push the result into it without duplicates. Without one, the builder points you to Integrations.

Desk defaults

Your discipline, role titles, geography, industries, ideal client profile and exclusions can be saved once per workspace and are filled into every play that asks for them. The workspace owner saves them from any play's form by ticking the box to keep those answers as the workspace's desk defaults. Your CRM and sequencer are filled from your connected tools and the answers you gave at setup.

Linking to a play

/dashboard/prompt-builder?play= followed by a play's slug opens that play's form directly. Every page in the plays library links to it.
