From a job spec to a shortlist you would actually send

hyreflow searches its data providers, scores each candidate against the spec on evidence, and tells you why they made the cut. You run it from Claude or ChatGPT, and a second play does the same over your own ATS.

Works in Claude, ChatGPT and any client that supports connectors. How to connect

Sourcing in hyreflow is one prompt, and it shows its working.

  1. A promptJob specYour ATS
    You give it

    Attach a job spec.

  2. +45 more
    hyreflow does

hyreflow searches its data providers, removes duplicates, scores each candidate against the must-haves on evidence rather than job title, and returns a ranked shortlist with a one-line reason and a personal email or LinkedIn profile per person.

  3. Shortlist readyReviewRun end to end
    You decide

You choose who to approach. A separate play runs the same match over the candidates already in your ATS.

What you hold when the run finishes

A shortlist with the working shown, not a page of profiles to open one by one.

  • A ranked shortlist

Candidates in order of fit with the spec, each with a personal email or a LinkedIn profile.

  • The reason behind each score

One line per person: which must-haves they meet, on what evidence, and what is missing.

  • The people you already know

A second play matches the role against your own ATS, so you do not pay to find someone you met last year.

  • A first message, when you want one

Ask for outreach on the finished shortlist and each draft is written around what makes that person a fit, loaded for you to edit, or started in your sequencer as part of the run.

Named competitors, with your off-limits list enforced

Name the companies. hyreflow builds the shortlist only from those, scores on evidence rather than job title, and screens out anyone your off-limits list covers before a single contact detail is paid for. You get a report of who was dropped and the rule that dropped them.

  • A shortlist drawn only from the companies you named
  • Clients and companies under agreement screened out before any spend
  • A report of everyone dropped, and why

The candidates already in your ATS

The best candidate for a live role is often someone you spoke to two years ago. hyreflow matches the role against the records you already own, scored on their full history with you. Run it before you pay for a new search.

  • Matches on full history with you, including past shortlists
  • Interview outcomes and earlier roles taken into account
  • Works with the ATS you already run

Outreach that sounds like you wrote it

Each message is written from the reason that person scored well, so the first line is about them. Run it on a finished shortlist and the drafts are loaded into your own sequencer, ready to review or started automatically.

  • One angle per candidate, taken from their own record
  • Built in the sequencer you already use
  • Review the drafts first, or let them go out

Now write the first message to each of the top ten. Use what makes each one a fit, and keep it under eighty words.

A ledger migration, with the team you would want

Hi Kenji, you moved Acme Payments onto a new ledger without a freeze. My client is about to do the same and wants the person who has done it to lead it. Staff level, Berlin, a team of eight. Open to hearing the detail?

A way to reach each person

A personal email or LinkedIn profile is looked up across hyreflow's data providers in a set order, stopping at the first hit. Candidates are never approached on a work email.

Before it runsreview is on

Find a personal email for the ten people you approved. You see the cost before anything is spent.

Approve and runChange the list

A quote before anything is spent

By default, any step that costs credits or writes to a record stops and shows you the cost. Approve it, change the list, or tell hyreflow to run without asking.

Built in, plus the tools you already run

Search and contact data run on hyreflow's own providers. Your ATS and your sequencer plug in through the account you already have.

Sourcing & matching, answered

Something else? Bring it to Open Office, the weekly open call.

Where does the candidate data come from?

From hyreflow's own data providers and the public web. They are part of hyreflow, so there is nothing to set up or subscribe to separately. It searches them together and removes duplicates, so one person found twice is one row. Your own ATS is searched by a separate play.

How does the matching score work?

hyreflow reads the job spec for its must-haves, then checks each candidate against them using their work history and, where it exists, public proof of work. The score reflects how many are met and how strong the evidence is. Each candidate comes with the line that explains the score, so you can check it.

Can it search my own ATS?

Yes. Connect your ATS and hyreflow matches a live role against the candidates you already own, including people you shortlisted or interviewed before. Their history with you counts: earlier shortlists and interview outcomes feed the score.

Does it write to my ATS?

Yes, through your own ATS account. Shortlisted candidates and notes can be written back. By default it asks before each write, and you can tell it to write as part of the run.

How does it handle off-limits companies and clients?

Give it your off-limits list: clients, companies under an agreement, anyone already in process. The competitor sourcing play screens them out before any contact detail is paid for, and reports who was dropped and which rule dropped them.

Can Claude source candidates without hyreflow?

Only from the public web and profiles you paste in. Claude has no candidate database of its own. Adding hyreflow gives Claude people databases, contact lookup and your ATS, which is what turns a chat into a shortlist.

What does a shortlist cost?

You pay for the steps that run. By default, any step that costs credits shows the cost and waits for you before it spends. Calls made on your own provider keys cost no credits.

Does it work for niche and non-English markets?

Yes. There are plays for markets where the obvious search fails, such as sourcing in Germany on every gendered form of a job title, or finding engineers by the work they have published rather than the title they hold.

Give it one job spec and read the shortlist

Connect hyreflow to Claude or ChatGPT, attach the spec, and run the shortlist play. By default you see the cost of each step before it runs.
