Outreach written for each person, sent from your own sender

hyreflow writes the sequence, loads the people, and builds the campaign in the sequencer you already run. Your mailboxes, your LinkedIn account, and your call on whether it waits for you.

Claudehyreflow connected

Use hyreflow and build a three-step sequence for this shortlist: email, then LinkedIn, then a call task. Write each one from what makes that person a fit, and leave it paused in lemlist.

Outreach in hyreflow goes exactly as far as you tell it to.

hyreflow writes each message from what is true about that person, checks the list and your mailboxes, and builds the campaign in your own sequencer with everyone loaded only into the steps their contact data supports.

One cadence across email, LinkedIn and the phone

Written twice below: once to a candidate, once to a hiring manager. Same play, different reason to reply.

Lucia Moreno
Senior Backend Engineer, Acme Mobility
Paused for review
  1. Day 1Email
    The pricing engine you rebuilt

Hi Lucia, your talk on rebuilding a pricing engine without a rewrite is the exact problem my client has in front of them. They want the person who has done it to lead a team of six. Senior level, Munich or remote. Open to hearing more?

  2. Day 3LinkedIn

Hi Lucia, I sent a note about a pricing platform role built around the migration you described on stage. Happy to share the brief here if that is easier.

  3. Day 6Call task

Call Lucia on her mobile. Opening line: the talk, then the team of six. If no answer, leave nothing and close the sequence.

Lucia has an email, a LinkedIn profile and a mobile, so she is loaded into all three steps.

One true thing about each person

A first line only works if it could not have been sent to anyone else. hyreflow writes one per person from something recent and checkable, and puts the source and its date beside the line so you can check it too.

  • One line per person, not one template per list
  • The source and its date beside every line
  • Left blank where nothing true was found

  • Amara BelloCompany news, last month

Saw the second site announcement. Opening a building that size usually means the ops lead role cannot wait.

  • Kenji SatoConference talk, this spring

Your talk on on-call without burnout is the reason I am writing to you and not to your whole team.

  • Tomas LindqvistFunding announcement, this spring

A round that size and still no head of sales on the team page: I assume that is the next hire.

  • Priya NairNothing recent found

Left blank. Nothing true to say is better than something invented.

Three checks before anything goes out

A bad send costs more than a missed one. These run first.

Is the LinkedIn pace safe?

The campaign is loaded in batches sized to the daily limit you set, paused for you to resume or left to run.

The replies, sorted before you open them

The work starts when people answer. hyreflow sorts every reply, puts the ones that need a person today at the top, and drafts an answer for each. It never replies for you.

Built in the sequencer you already use

hyreflow works through your own account, so your mailboxes, sending limits and reporting stay exactly where they are.

Outreach, answered

Something else? Bring it to Open Office, the weekly open call.

Does hyreflow send the emails?

No. hyreflow writes the messages and builds the campaign in your own sequencer. It can leave it paused for you to start, or start it for you. Either way your sequencer does the sending, from your mailboxes. That keeps your sending reputation, limits and reporting in the tool that already manages them.

Which sequencers does it work with?

lemlist, Instantly, HeyReach, Smartlead, Reply.io, SourceWhale and SendKit. hyreflow uses your own account in each, so there is nothing to migrate.

Can one sequence mix email, LinkedIn and calls?

Yes. The multichannel play builds one cadence with emails, LinkedIn steps and call tasks in the order you choose. Each person is loaded only into the steps their data supports, so someone with no mobile number is not given a call task.

How is each message personalised?

One opening line per person, written from something true and recent about them or their company. The source link and its date sit beside every line so you can check it. Where nothing true is found, the line is left blank and not invented.

Will it put my domain or LinkedIn account at risk?

It is built to do the opposite. One play gives a go or no-go on every mailbox before a send, with the reason. Another loads LinkedIn campaigns in batches sized to the daily limit you set. Both can leave the campaign paused for a final look.

Does it reply to people for me?

No. It sorts replies into interested, not now, referral, wrong person, unsubscribe and out of office, puts the ones that need you today at the top, and drafts a suggested answer for each. You send the reply.

What about people who never replied?

There is a play for them. It takes the non-responders from a finished sequence, removes repliers, opt-outs and bounces, and writes one message each on a different angle from the first, in a separate campaign, paused unless you tell it to run.

Can it keep my clients and off-limits companies out of a campaign?

Yes. The off-limits play screens any list before it is loaded and returns a removal report naming the rule behind every row taken out, plus the rows it could not resolve for you to rule on.

Bring one list and read the drafts

Connect hyreflow to Claude or ChatGPT, point it at a list, and ask for the sequence. Read the drafts before anything goes, or let it run.
