Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AutoMindz Solutions LLC ("AutoMindz", "Hyreflow", "we", "us"), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, governing use of the Hyreflow website, dashboard, CLI, SDK, and API (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services you accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

"Workspace" is the billing and access boundary for an account — API keys, credits, and datasets belong to a workspace. "Credits" are the unit Hyreflow meters managed provider usage in. "BYOK" means you supply your own vendor API keys and are billed by that vendor directly, not by us.

2. Acceptable use

You will not use the Services to violate any applicable law, to scrape or resell access to the Services themselves, to circumvent credit metering or rate limits, or to build a competing recruitment-automation product using data or output obtained through the Services. You are responsible for complying with each vendor's own terms (Apollo, Instantly, Lusha, and any other provider you enable) and with data-protection law applicable to the candidates and contacts you process.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You must be at least 18 to hold an account. You're responsible for activity under your API keys and for keeping credentials confidential. One workspace may have multiple users and multiple API keys; you're responsible for who you grant access to.

4. Credits and billing

Managed provider calls are metered against your workspace's credit balance and billed accordingly. BYOK calls are billed by the vendor directly and are free at the Hyreflow layer. Credits are non-refundable once consumed and, unless we state otherwise in writing, unused credits are forfeited on account termination. Prices are as published in-product at time of use and may change on notice.

5. License to use the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own recruiting/GTM operations while your account is in good standing. We retain all rights to the Services themselves; you retain all rights to your own data and workflow configurations. You won't reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the Services.

6. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (billing owed, liability limits, governing law) do.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that third-party provider data (contact records, enrichment results) is accurate or complete — waterfall results reflect what upstream vendors return.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoMindz Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to these Terms

We'll post material changes here with an updated date and, where the change is significant, notify active accounts by email in advance of it taking effect. Continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance of it.
