How does the hyreflow affiliate program work?

hyreflow now has an affiliate program. If you already tell recruiters which tools to use, you can earn 20% of what each customer you refer pays for their subscription, for their first 12 months.¹ Applications are open on the affiliate program page.

Who can join the hyreflow affiliate program?#

The hyreflow affiliate program is for people whose audience hires or recruits. Every application is read by a person before it is approved.¹ The program fits four groups best:

• Recruiters and agency owners who already show peers how they work, and get asked "what are you using for that?"
• Recruitment advisors, accelerators and communities that coach agency owners and recommend a tool stack as part of it.
• Recruiting and GTM creators on LinkedIn, YouTube or newsletters who teach sourcing, business development or outbound.
• Tool reviewers and comparison sites that write about recruiting software for buyers.

Trainers and consultants who advise recruitment teams are welcome too.

Three kinds of promotion are not a fit: coupon or deal sites, paid ads on the hyreflow brand name, and bulk cold email to people who did not ask for it.¹

How much does the hyreflow affiliate program pay?#

The hyreflow affiliate program pays 20% of every subscription payment a referred customer makes, for 12 months from their first payment.¹ What you earn depends on the plan they choose. hyreflow plans start at $49 a month for 500 credits (22 Oct 2026).²

How is a referral tracked?#

A referral is tracked through your personal link, which runs on get.hyreflow.ai. Dub records the click, the sign-up and the sale against your link.

1. Apply and get approved

   Apply from the affiliate program page. A person on the hyreflow team reviews the application and emails you either way.

2. Share your link

   Put your link in a post, a newsletter, a video description, a course or a tool review.

3. The visitor signs up

   When someone clicks and accepts cookies, a cookie remembers your link for 90 days.³ If they create a hyreflow account in that time, the sign-up is credited to you.

4. The customer subscribes

   When they buy a subscription, Dub records the sale and your commission. Each monthly payment for the next 12 months adds another 20%.

How and when are hyreflow affiliates paid?#

hyreflow affiliates are paid in cash once a month, through Dub.¹ Each commission is held for 30 days to cover refunds, then paid out once your balance reaches $50.¹ You choose how the money arrives:

• Bank account, connected through Stripe Express. There is no fee, and a payout can take up to 15 business days.⁴
• USDC stablecoin wallet. Payouts arrive within minutes, with a 0.5% fee.⁴

What does not earn commission?#

Credit top-ups, refunded or charged-back payments, Enterprise contracts, and plan changes by people who were already hyreflow customers do not earn commission.¹ Commission also stops if the customer cancels.
