[#who-can-join-the-hyreflow-affiliate-program] The hyreflow affiliate program is for people whose audience hires or recruits. Every application is read by a person before it is approved.[^1] The program fits four groups best: * **Recruiters and agency owners** who already show peers how they work, and get asked "what are you using for that?" * **Recruitment advisors, accelerators and communities** that coach agency owners and recommend a tool stack as part of it. * **Recruiting and GTM creators** on LinkedIn, YouTube or newsletters who teach sourcing, business development or outbound. * **Tool reviewers and comparison sites** that write about recruiting software for buyers. Trainers and consultants who advise recruitment teams are welcome too. [#how-is-a-referral-tracked] A referral is tracked through your personal link, which runs on get.hyreflow\.ai. Dub records the click, the sign-up and the sale against your link. Apply from the [affiliate program page](/affiliates). A person on the hyreflow team reviews the application and emails you either way. Put your link in a post, a newsletter, a video description, a course or a tool review. When someone clicks and accepts cookies, a cookie remembers your link for 90 days.[^4] If they create a hyreflow account in that time, the sign-up is credited to you. When they buy a subscription, Dub records the sale and your commission. Each monthly payment for the next 12 months adds another 20%. ## How and when are hyreflow affiliates paid? [#how-and-when-are-hyreflow-affiliates-paid] hyreflow affiliates are paid in cash once a month, through Dub.[^1] Each commission is held for 30 days to cover refunds, then paid out once your balance reaches $50.[^1] You choose how the money arrives: * **Bank account**, connected through Stripe Express. There is no fee, and a payout can take up to 15 business days.[^2] * **USDC stablecoin wallet.** Payouts arrive within minutes, with a 0.5% fee.[^2] ## What does not earn commission? [#what-does-not-earn-commission] Credit top-ups, refunded or charged-back payments, Enterprise contracts, and plan changes by people who were already hyreflow customers do not earn commission.[^1] Commission also stops if the customer cancels. Self-referrals, accounts at your own company and existing hyreflow customers do not earn commission.[^1] A visitor who declines or dismisses the cookie banner on hyreflow\.ai is not tracked, so their sign-up cannot be credited to anyone.[^4] Bidding on "hyreflow" in search ads, coupon or deal sites and unsolicited bulk email are not allowed, and you always say that you earn a commission when you share your link.[^1] ## How do you explain hyreflow to your audience?
